President
Colleen Eubanks, MPH, CIH, CSP
Colleen founded Palmetto EHS, LLC in 2010. Colleen is a former OSHA compliance officer and is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health Science and a Master’s Degree in e in Public Health. After leaving OSHA, Colleen became a safety and health consultant working with the health care industry, manufacturing, government agencies, chemical plants, food industry, the steel industry, and other businesses. She has also been an instructor for the National Safety Council and Bowen EHS. Colleen specializes in OSHA compliance, industrial hygiene, safety management, respiratory protection, indoor air quality, safety and health training, and loss control .

Gary Eubanks
Gary Eubanks joined Palmetto EHS as Vice-President in 2011 after seventeen years in the transportation industry, where he was responsible for site operations, employee safety and health, and OSHA and DOT compliance. Gary performs industrial hygiene sampling, respiratory fit testing, OSHA compliance audits, and safety and health training for Palmetto EHS clients. Gary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Senior EHS Specialist
Julie Moniot, MPH
Julie Moniot, MPH joined Palmetto EHS in January 2014 as Senior EHS Specialist. Julie performs industrial hygiene sampling, respiratory fit testing, OSHA compliance and VPP audits, and safety and health training for Palmetto EHS clients. She has 27 years of EHS experience in the machinery manufacturing and chemical industries. She previously worked for General Electric for 15 years, and SC OSHA for 12 years as an OSHA Compliance Officer and as the Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, a Master’s Degree in Public Health, and she has obtained a Green Belt in Six Sigma.
